| Sister Karen M. Hatter is a retired former government employee in the social service field. She was one of the founding members of the local Philadelphia, Pennsylvania chapter of the African National Reparations Organization (ANRO) in 1986, which convened the Fifth International Tribunal for Reparations for Black (African) People in the U.S. in November 1986, soliciting testimony from African people from all over the world and upheld the previously rendered verdict of 'Guilty' entered against the U.S. Government, in 1981, for past and continuing acts of aggression and oppression against African people. The Final Call Newspaper interviewed Ms. Hatter in February 2006 regarding the National Children's Study, a proposed national 21-year genetic and tracking study, under the direction of the National Institutes of Health. The creators of this study announced in three separate news releases a specific interest in African, Hispanic and Native American children with this study, scheduled to last a total of 25 years, collecting some 2 to 20 BILLION samples for possible genetic examination. She was a popular frequent contributor and guest on the U.K. Internet station, GAPRadio, hosted by Spartacus R. She has been a featured guest on LIBRadio, hosted by Keidi Obi Awadu, in a segment entitled The Politics of DNA. She now joins the AKERU! NuAfrakan Network with her own program, Offered for Consideration, providing commentary on topics of concern to the African community, at home and at large. Ms. Hatter is a thought-provoking analyst, whose commentary is a catalyst to aid the process of revolutionary action and change. Order Sis. Karen Hatter's potent mp3s of her work.
